Homeowners who live in Filing 9 (Deer Track) have custom uniform mailboxes which require routine maintenance from time to time.   Please note that the Architectural Committee and the  Board of Directors have approved the use of the original vendor of these mailboxes (Accent Mailboxes) to provide various levels of maintenance for these boxes and to ensure uniformity of the mailboxes.  You can order everything from a single letter or number to an entire new system (posts, boxes and all).  Contact Brenda Burkey at Accent Mailboxes by phone at 303-733-3993 (leave a message) or you can email her at accentmailboxes@yahoo.com to obtain pricing and to schedule your maintenance visit.

The snow removal plan for the Meadows Community Association is as follows:

The town of Castle Rock plows all streets of the MCA.  Please go to http://AGS.crgov.com/snowremovalschedule/ for additional information.

Snow removal on the common area sidewalks within the confines of the association shall be cleared within 24 hours after the snowfall has stopped and a minimum of 2 inches has accumulated.

Snow melt material will be applied, as necessary, to assure a safe walking surface on sidewalks.
